Susie slept most of the day today, then got up mid-afternoon and stayed awake most of the evening. She ate a bit of food and drank a bit, but was then complaining of headaches, so she was given some Oxyfast (the liquid pain medication). Soon after that, most of her dinner came up - :(
At some point during the evening, she soiled herself, so when I got home from hockey, I attempted to clean her up. She was quite covered and it took a long time to get her clean.
Strange things seem to happen when we have to give her the Oxyfast. It really sends her for a loop. We don't want to see her in pain, but we don't want to see these odd issues either. It's a delicate balance...
